Great location, really close to the town center 🏙️. Plenty of food options nearby, just a short walk away. the building and rooms are charming, providing all the amenities you need.

the hotel was clean with particularly good location right near the soccer field and well-equipped rooms. location: the property was right by the municipal stadium as well as the mountains and the city. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like yanantin restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away. everything met my requirements, had a very lovely stay for the price.

the location was perfect, away from the noise and crowds but still easy to find and access. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even meeting us at the train station. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the internet reception was great. the warm showers and comfortable rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. the owner went above and beyond by providing us with breakfast to go bags for our early departure. I recently stayed at El Tambo in Machu Picchu for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just 30 minutes from the first gate of Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly and provided helpful directions for visiting the site. I appreciated the breakfast to go they offered for my early checkout. The hotel is also located next to a soccer field, which was a great bonus for me as I enjoyed watching the pick-up games.

Our stay at El Tambo Machupicchu was really lovely and the prices were great. The hotel overlooks the mountains and our room was spacious. The staff was very helpful and genuinely cared about their guests. We were delighted to have a room with a bathtub. The location of the hotel is good and decent, and it's conveniently situated opposite the restaurant.
